Veterans For Financial Freedom (VFF) Events is all about community. They are also the number one place to be for our nation’s heroes seeking Financial Freedom. VFF is focused on helping veterans, first responders, fire fighters, law enforcement and their families through their full day conferences. Each conference offers a full day of speakers and activities focused on increasing your financial literacy, creating goals, and a blueprint to achieve all of your financial goals.
Today’s episode is with Erin Helle, Kimberly Rushing and Aubrey Carlson. They have been with VFF before it was created and shared how the unique community came to be and how they are working to change the lives of veterans, first responders and their families.
Veterans for Financial Freedom
How VFF started
Before VFF Buddy and Kimberly Rushing started White Feather Investments. Through White Feather Investments they started connecting with other veterans and first responders to help them start their own real estate business. Both Erin and Aubrey participated in their Accelerator program and helped them get their start in real estate. It was because of this community that the idea to start in person events so they could reach more people. The first event was in Las Vegas in 2023. And the second event happened in February in San Diego. They have two more events coming up this year. The next event will be April 13, 2024 in Annapolis Maryland.
What is VFF
VFF is based on three principles. Knowledge, network and action. So many people get stuck in the information gathering stage. But VFF not only wants you to have the right information but also a network supporting you so you can take action.
Knowledge
VFF teaches things you don’t learn in school. These things happen to be the pillars of financial freedom. And so many people never learn these tools. Tools like financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and real estate investing. Unlock your earning potential and create a bulletproof financial plan with the direction of our leadership counsel and the support of other members.
Network
Being part of a community helps you to build your network. As a veteran, you have a network that you might not have even realized is available to you just because of your service.
VFF wants you to utilize your network along with helping you grow your network within VFF. You don’t have to know the answer to everything or have a solution to every problem. When you’re part of a network of like-minded people working toward a similar goal, you’ll be the best version of yourself and have access to abilities to solve problems that you never could on your own. An empowering network can accelerate and intensify your success.
Action
Education and being well connected will only get you so far, but you have to take action. You are the only one who can take that first step. Consistent action is what drive the bottom line and achieves results. This is the one thing you have to do on your own. Lastly, VFF will give you the blueprint and provide the support, but it is up to you to take the action.
VFF events
VFF offers in person and online events. Their next in person event is Saturday, April 13th in Annapolis, Maryland. The final in person event for 2024 will be held in Denver, Colorado. It will be a two day event held October 12th and 13th. VFF also offers virtual master classes for members. It is free to become a member.
